Domestic hotel rates are often best secured directly through the property, while my services are designed for trips that benefit from planning, itinerary design, and ongoing support.

How Far in Advance Should We Start Planning our Vacation?
For more detailed trips like Hawaii or Europe, I recommend starting the planning process 9-12 months in advance. For theme Parks, cruises and all inclusive getaways, I recommend at least 6-8 months in advance.
Why so early? Planning ahead gives us the best shot at securing top accommodations, unique experiences, and the perfect fit for your travel style. It also gives you the best options for accommodations and pricing as well as plenty of time for me to fine-tune every detail around what matters most to you.
